Weddings
Contact us to enquire about our Ceremony only or Ceremony & Reception wedding packages.
Ceremony Only:
Soak up the atmosphere and fresh country air by holding your ceremony on our practice fairway. This area provides a beautiful scenic background for your ceremony and family photos.
The set up will include but is not limited to seating (30 chairs). Extra chairs are available to hire.
The arbour and PA system will need to be provided by yourself.
Depending on the day of the week, there will also be an option to have photos taken on the course after your ceremony has taken place.
Reception Only:
Our Club room is your private oasis to wine and dine with your nearest and dearest, enjoying your first night as a married couple. It is a large airconditioned private function room that includes surrounding verandas, kitchen facilities & bar. With a built in PA system, speakers and permanent dance floor, you can celebrate the night away. This package also consists of-
Tables: 23 tables in total Chairs: 140 chairs in total
& wine barrels and bar stools for a cocktail style event.
Lectern & cordless microphone,
Tea/Coffee station &
fully staffed bar
OR combine both with a ceremony, followed by the reception.
SETTING UP & CLEANING UP
Setting up of the venue for events is the responsibility of the hirer.
Please let us know if you will need earlier access to the venue for set up, as this may not always be possible depending on other events.
The hirer is also responsible for cleaning after the event and returning the venue to its original condition. Including removal of decorations, kitchen cleaning, replacing all furniture, rubbish removal etc.
General cleaning of the venue, including vacuuming are excluded from the cleaning requirements. This will be advised when an enquiry or booking is made.
If required, the Country Club can offer a cleaning service to complete this for a fee. Please arrange a cleaning agreement as part of the hire negotiations.
If the venue is not left in its original condition, charges will be deducted from the bond – with a minimum cleaning charge of $50 per hour to a maximum of 4 hours may apply where excessive work is required to restore the venue to original condition.
